The Owners' Retreat is held every other year and brings franchise owners together to connect, collaborate, and learn from one another. The 2026 retreat was held at Silverado Resort & Spa in Napa Valley, California. I developed the event branding and designed a cohesive collection of conference materials, including signage, banners, digital assets, printed materials, and a custom booklet for a team activity that created a consistent visual experience throughout the event.
