The Passion for Splashin’ Conference is an annual event for top performing franchises in the Premier family of brands. We create a new theme for each year’s event. The 2024 conference was held at Secrets & Dreams Bahia Mita in Punta Mita, Mexico. I designed a custom bandana for the trip gift box, all signage and banners for the conference, and table decor and custom award plaques for the Annual Awards Night.
